Inflammation is a process that occurs in the living body in response to tissue damage caused by microorganisms, foreign particles ordisrupted cells. The onset of the inflammatory response due to tissue damage occurs within the microvasculature, with subsequent manifestation of alterations in the structure of the vascular wall , thus changing the integrity of the endothelial cells which infiltrate liquid and plasma components from the vessels to the extravascular compartment , processes that are mediated by chemicals , small molecules are lipids, amino acids and proteins which carry information specific to the injured cells. In this way the inflammatory response may be caused in cells plasma and activation of the complement system, or be of cellular origin to be included within intracellular granules (preformed mediators and newly synthesized secretory granules). Thus, release, will lead to a sequence of events leading to inflammation own characteristics.
