In order to maintain the proper body function and promote repair, cell renewal, nutritional deficiencies and prevent the development of disease should consume a diet through which supply the body with the necessary nutrients including protein, vitamins, lipids, carbohydrates and minerals. Thus, magnesium, cobalt and molybdenum and inorganic natural substances essential forthe realization of certain physiological processes, interact with vitamins and enzyme in the metabolic process, basal cell life support consisting of a constant exchange process, release , utilization, degradation and energy conversion function enables regulation, stimulus, growth, reproduction, conservation of structures and cell vitality.
