Abstract

Presently work was implemented the technique of Immunofluorescence Indirect for the identification of Antibodies Against Island of Pancreas (ICA's) in patients Diabetic type 1 and in their relatives of first grade, for that it was used a conventional sustrate (rats' pancreas) and other commercial (monkeys' pancreas), it was also used specific reagents, including a primary positive control and a conjugated specific adsorbed. The comparison of the results was important to choose the most sustrate convenient and also to evaluate its advantages and disadvantages. The results were also correlated with the patients' clinical data obtained by means of the concrete clinical Histories identifying factors of risk of Diabetes Mellitus in individuals genetically predisposed. We also implemented the technique of adsorption of antinuclear antibodies by means of the previous obtained of nuclei purified in solution to avoid their action like interferences ICA's (previous analysis), and at the same time an innocuous technique by means of temperature for the fixation of courts histological to badges. Using monkey's pancreas like substrate, they were obtained bigger quantity of results negative and smaller quantity of positive results with regard to the obtanied results using rats pancreasº.
