The Research Institute and Capacitating in Administrative Sciences (IICCA) of the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés, in the mark ofthe domestic government politics to impulse the development of the agricultural activity of the communities, has carried out projects on the administration ofthe economic organizations ofpeasants in the department ofLa Paz. The investigations find like a weakness of the rural organizations the "stagnation in the agricultural activity", because the population, is not manpower upgraded in processes of production and hasn 1 personal rectification with accounting knowledge and production cost calculations that can guide the productive activity toward the competitiveness orien-ted to the national and external commercialization. The IICCA, developed the experience of qualifying in accountant registration to the 10% ofthe producers of the Association of Milkmen of Patacamaya ofthe Aroma countyin the department ofLa Paz incorporating a technical game in the teaching-learning process. The participants, moisthy adults, with little available time and difficulties in reading and writing, they were subjected to the learning through the didactic game named "Adminis-tering my money" whose objective is to achieve that los(as) producers they carry out the registration in the Day book of Fund of bills to pay get paid and in a correct way The results were satisfactory, 70 producing of the groups of milkmen ofAyo Ayo, Umala and Patacamaya, have achieved the theoretical understanding ofthe countable registration, the recognition ofthe transactions and the importance ofthe conciliation ofthe cash in an easy and agile way through the didactic game.
