The Understanding of child desnutrition passes through several stages involving different factors and turn actors. The history of humanity from its beginning has been marked by the powerful population submiting to the least favored. Thus the Roman Empire which needed to come from Carthage and the Gallic provinces. In America, the Inca Empire subjugated other peoples they made them grow, corn and potatoes, etc. nowadays the difference between rich and poor countries, was marked in the nineteenth century with the advent of the industrial revolution. The landowners at that time located in America and Africa were not aware of what happened in question of trade. But the result is the same, rich countries took and still take adventages of poor countries during the different times. For example in Bolivia the increase of food imports exceeds 60%.1 But it is also true that Bolivians is the pursuit of strategies and to contribute to the eradication of the unreasonable rate of disease. It this sense, the health team of Hospital Manuel Ascencio Villarroel-Inmunonutricional Recovery Center named as CLAPSEN (Clinic, Laboratory, Psychology, Sociology, Nursing and Nutrition), the strategy of nutritional rehabilitation of malnourished children; Which not only includes restoring nutritional status, but it recognizes and treats the patient and the environment he or she is located in. Recognizing that this medium has a direct relationship on development, evolution and improvement of children desnutrition.
