Tuberculosis (TB) is the second leading cause of death by infectious diseases in the world. This disease is transmitted and infects the pregnant woman the same way as the no pregnant population, the most common way of transmission is from person to person through Flügge droplets in patients with pulmonary or laryngeal tuberculosis through coughing or sneezing. Thus, for these women and their product untreated tuberculosis represents a greater risk than the treatment itself. Now it is presented a case of a female patient of 38 years old, diagnosed with multidrug-resistant primary TB (MDR-TB). Because they are important both diagnosis and treatment, which are still widely discussed today in TB and pregnancy, and the more so when we speak of a patient with MDR-TB.
