Diseases of the teeth as tooth decay and other infections are major causes of morbidity and mortality in our environment, affecting especially ourchild population, itadded the dietary and hygienic habits make it more the magnitude of these cases. The lack of quality control and monitoring of drinking water, make it considered a publie health problem for the general population in enteropathogenic disease, indication for greater attention of health authorities and monitoring of our environment should be permanent. The presence of greater or lesser amounts of fluoride in many communities produces dental caries or fluorosis, to these pathologies which health personnel and authorities do not give necessary importance to solve, they do not bring through education in order to bring real knowledge of fluoride. As is demonstrated in this study.
