A case of a patient of 42 years of age under the malleolus tibial osteotomy Chevron type for better access to the site of the chondral lesion and subsequent  perforations of the articular surface of the talus. The postoperative course was favorable finding currently asymptomatic after 12 months postoperatively, with preserved bilateral mobility.
