    The following case is an unusual presentation of an abdominal ectopic pregnancy comes to term with live fetus, the patient was referred to the hospital Quillacollo with diagnoses: Pregnancy 38 weeks primigravida, live single fetus, breech presentation, placenta occlusive total, severe oligohydramnios and a large mass on the posterior aspect of the uterus, fibroids?
