Abstract

The following case is an unusual presentation of an abdominal ectopic pregnancy comes to term with live fetus, the patient was referred to the hospital Quillacollo with diagnoses: Pregnancy 38 weeks primigravida, live single fetus, breech presentation, placenta occlusive total, severe oligohydramnios and a large mass on the posterior aspect of the uterus, fibroids? Abdominal pregnancy is an uncommon condition with very few cases reported and even less with term pregnancy and lives fetus, so it was decided to review the incidence, diagnosis, management and treatment, especially the conduct at issue removal or not the placenta.
