Primitive Testicular tumours in children and teenagers represent 2- to 3 % of pediatri c malignancies, seminoma is a tipe of testes tumours of little frecuence tumour that is pronounced clinically in the most of the cases with testicular mass. We presented two cases of children with testis tumour that treated in joint form in two centers with good results.
