The present article corroborates the evidence of the climatic change as a determinig factor of environmental risk in a zone of the departmente of Cochabamba. An epidemic outbreak of Dengue was produced in the locality of Omereque. Omereque is located in the South east area of the department, at 1.650 meters over the sea level. The mosquito Aedes aegypti, vector of Dengue gets to colonize in an absent place of entrance of the vector was by cruceños valleys and not by the cochabambino tropic as it were 20 years ago.
