Stress urinary incontinence is a highly prevalent pathology in women over the 50 years of age. In our country, this prevalence fluctuates between 28.1 - 42.4%. The use of Tension-free vaginal tape procedure revolutionized the treatment of this pathology. By the end of the 90's it was the more used surgical technique almost all over the world. This study of protocolised prospective kind was made in 50 patients to whom were applied the band of Sling with anterior colpoperineoplasty, and it was observed that all the patients had in addition an association with some degree of cistocele with more than 2 years of evolution in 70%. With this surgical technique the average surgical time was 20 min. All the patients had 24 hours of hospitalization, with little number of complications such as bladder laceration and urinary retention, all the patients operated with this technique have been asymptomatic during the 1 year of observation. These results agree with numerous publications all over the world. This technique easily reproducible it is a good management option of the patients with urogenital pathology.
