Abstract

We present a case of a 52 years old female, without past medical history of alcohol consumption, hepatotrophic viral infection or hepatotoxic substances, clinically with signs of chronic hepatophaty, portal hypertension and ascitis. The serologic, immunologic and pathological tests were consistent wíth autoimmune hepatitis and primary biliary cirrhosis called Overlap "Síndrome".
