Complementary examínations: Hemograma: normal, EGO: Blood: (+), Proteins: (+), Leukocytes: abundant, Bacteria: regular, Red Globules: 10xC, Piocitos: 3xC, Abdominal Ecografía: Left moderate Hidronefrosis, Excretora Urografía: Functionalleft renal exclusion, medializacion of the inferior pole of straight compatible kidney with kidney in horseshoe, Tomografía of simple and resisted abdomen: Left renal Poliquistosis, right Kidney in Horseshoe with renal parenquimatoso weave union to contra lateral kidney. Exploratory laparotomia is made: Diagnose preoperating: Kidney in horseshoe by inferior pole, with left renal poliquistosis in superior poleo Diagnose postoperating: Kidney in horseshoe by inferior pole, with pionefrosis in the left component Technical name of the surgery: Left Nefrectomla, with divislon In the right-Ieft renal axis Findings: Pionefrosis in kidney in horseshoe in the left componen!. Satisfactory postoperating evolution. It was registered to the 7 days.
