The juvenile dermatomiositis (DMJ), it is one ot the dysfunctions of a group denominated complex dermatomiositis-polimiositis. The dysfunctions of this complex are characterized by the heliotrope edema, muscular damage caused by an inflammatory process in the blood vessels, muscular tissue and articulations, affecting more frequenthy girls, of origin with alteration of the immune system.
