In the present work clinical histories of the patients were taken into account with I diagnose of ectopic pregnancy that went to the Maternal Hospital lnfantile German Urquidi in the period between January of 2003 and December of the 2001. I am made a retrospective, descriptive and analytical study of the carrying patients of this pathology gynecology, confirmíng his I diagnose by complementary clinic, laboratory and examinations. Of the 102 (100%) affected the etareo group it jeopardize this between the 20 -29 years (56,4%) the parity of the same ones corresponds to primigestas and segundigestas 43 cases (42,15%). Caesarean and the previous abortions are antecedents that are due to take into account since 13 cases (12,7%) presented/displayed to be carrying ot this additional pathology. The usuary patients of DIU 22 cases (21,56%) also easily can be complicated the present with a ectopic pregnancy like work. The multiple sexual pairs between 2 and 3 are also a cause that can induce to this complication 47 cases (46,04%). Also we must mention that the levels of intermediate instruction 45 cases (44,11%) undergo grater incidence to be complicated by ectopic pregnancy. All the patients 102 cases (100%) were put under a laparotomia and solver by salpinguectomia 77 cases (75,49%) and salpingostomia 5 cases (4,9%) and other variants of the tubarica surgery. With these obtained results, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy in our Hospital is of 0,52% and the relation with I number of new born is of 1 by each 191.
