    The Neuroscience are contributing to paradigm shift in many disciplines and education is not the exception. Through their contributions are creates a new way of looking at education. Is through Neurodidactics, which analyzes the competencies that the brain has, you come to the understanding of the personal diversity in the process of learning. Although all people have the same organizational structure, no two people think, decide or act in the same way. this new understanding of diversity based performance in knowledge brain should lead to a change paradigm in education, that affect all aspects of education, including the curriculum. The fundamental change in the education is that educators, assume a new role and prepare for action from this new position. Since neurodidactics approach, the educator is a modifier brain that can change their practice, the structure, chemistry and activity electrical brain
