CHAMBI VIRACA, LUIS C. GOLD AND SILVER RECOVERY FOR THE ELECTROLYTIC PROCESS TYPE ZADRA. Reporte Metalurgico y de Materiales [online]. 2010, n.7, pp. 32-40. ISSN 2010-0407.
ABSTRACT One of the alternatives for extracting gold and silver from rich solutions, is the electrolitic process using the cell type Zadra. This metallurgical process has been applied directly to a solutions from the process of leaching in the presence of sodium cyanide. The chemical composition of the solution subjected to electrolysis is directly in cell type Zadra, Au 33.75 mg/l, 5.5 mg Ag/l, 375 mg Fe/l and 1727.5 mg S/l, the deposition achieved by this procedure are 98% and 99% for gold and silver respectively.
