Biography of the filmmaker and playwright, Hugo Roncal Antezana, who privileged the production of plot and documentary films, reflecting in them the varied regional physiognomy of Bolivia. Many of his documentaries have become testimonies of high historical value, essential to understand chapters of national economic life, in which his documentary on the installation of Foundry Fur-naces in Vinto (Oruro) stands out.
