The Library and Historical Archive of the Legislative Assembly, protects among its environments the Fund for Books, Old and Rare and Curious Documents. The latter, a fund that protects documentary sources of unparalleled historical value, some unique in its kind. Also part of this Fund, the Library of Independence and the Blas Rocabado Historical Newspaper Library; the first one based on documents that were selected from the ARC; and the second is the result of the rescue carried out by BAHALP officials.
