During the 19th Century, various french people contributed very significantly to the knowledge of the country. Among them, stands out the forgotten Phillip o Felipe Bertrés, who made important buildings and contributed to the construction of the geographical notion of Bolivia. Through this life story, we describe his life and work in our country.
