Overview examines the process of Constitution of the mining libraries, including primitive collections organized and purchased by the miners in Bolivia, characterized by being highly politicized and that it considered libraries as instruments of revolutionary struggle. The study mentions the cenacles that concentrating the debate on the economic situation, as did the intellectual center Lincoln-Murillo-Castro, composed of young militants of the Communist Party of Bolivia. It also analyzes libraries, organized by the private company Patiño Mines and the Mining Corporation of Bolivia, as well as which formed the Union of Huanuni, and which were developed in the schools of the Corporación Minera de Bolivia and the civilian population of Llallagua. Describes its nature and analyses its main collections, as well as the objectives to which they were directed.
