The Spanish military libraries guard so much a valuable bibliographical and historical patrimony as such modern and specialized archives and collections. All of them belong on the Ministry of Defense and they are organized in form of cooperative network. During years they have been unknow for the users in general and single they were visited, in addition to the military personnel by investigators. Nevertheless in the last years the situation is changing thanks to several projects that are allowing them to become visible to the society like the creation of the Collective Catalogue and of the Virtual Library of Defense that allows to accede to the registries and own documents by Internet.
