The globalización has shown the necessity to review vocabularies and scientific languages to approach and to make compatible theoretical positions, in our case, archivístics. On the other hand the presence of elec-tronic documents and its management have incorporated necessarily new voices to our terminology. That's why within the InterPARES Project an outstanding interest by the elaboration of a Glossary has existed from the beginning that has been translated to several languages and has come updating itself periodically. The Spanish version of the last update has been published in 2014 by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and prepared by Juan Voutssás Márquez, director of the Team Mexico of the InterPARES project and Alicia Barnard Amozorrutia, of he himself equipment. The difficulties of elaboration of a work of this type always are numerous and having them in account, nevertheless I am had bold - fitting me to the archival terms - to resist them with the used ones habitually in Spain that are trasmisores, in good, measurement, of their archivístic theory.
