Biographical Study of Arthur Posnansky with emphasis in its performance in the Campaign of the Acre, in which she was to the control of the boats "Irises" and "Sucuriju" (serpent of the river) who added themselves to the Bolivian fleet for the defense of that amazonian territory. The boats were of property of the CAP. A. Posnansky, that was yielded to Bolivia, red-baptize like "Andrés Muñoz" and "Abaroa". Posnansky also impelled studies of geography and the ethnic groups in the zone in conflict. She was a great military man who directed the operations with strategic criterion, marking great differences in front of its adversaries. It is the testimony of the facet of the military man of Austrian origin, that demonstrated to be geopolitical naval and unquestionable strategist.
