The present study tries to describe some of the tendencies of the Bolivian constitucionalismo, through thought of those authors who have contributed of important way to the production and diffusion of the Legal Bibliography of Bolivian Constitutional Right, during the period between the years 1952 (time in which the most important work of Bolivian Constitutional Right was published), until 1994 (time in which she was created, for the first time, the Constitutional Court in our country).
