This paper aims to analyze some reflections of teachers involved in bilingual intercultural education in multiethnic contexts. It seeks to examine various problems that underlie multicultural environments classrooms, seeking answers from the teacher actuate and librarian intervention. We conclude on the need for education to advance from an endogenous and interrogative design, motivating critical approaches, under a sense of coexistence.
