    Abstract

    The festivityl of San Miguel is a moment of encounter and coexistence between families and the people of Uncía who are devotees of the Archangel Michael . This festival is held Uncía since the early twenrier.h century with different customs that had the population of the time. The party began with much anticipation, with a series of activities : testing, treats, novenas, evenings and bazaars. Appointed Interns were responsible for paying all expenses oí the party, should take charge of the procession, the load , arches . The dances or fraternities participating in the holiday show their faith and devotion with the Archangel Michael . On the feast of San Miguel different dances presented each September 29 , which is the large entrance to the dancers , where Uncía population is concentrated along the streets where they spend the fraternities to observe the feast . Among the dances is Morenada, Tundiquis, Diablada Waynas, Mineritos among others.
