The article is about philately, considered art, science, study, classification and hobby of collecting stamps, envelopes and other postal and tax documents. The scientific method is applied in all its meanings. Seals, letters and fiscal or philatelic documents remains represented part of the national or regional history of countries through figures of famous personalities, monuments, paintings, flora, fauna, history, postal, social, political and economic. There are many history teachers who take philately as auxiliary science to the Chair and some countries do officially. The study reconstructs the history of Bolivia through its philately, with notable examples that span the Republican period, in which no shortage of particular emissions and not issued estapillas i.e. which never circulated due to various causes, including those of a political nature.
