OPORTO ORDONEZ, Luis. ARCHIVAL HISTORY OF BOLIVIA (Since the Inca Empire to the present). Rev. Fuent. Cong. [online]. 2012, vol.6, n.21, pp. 17-43. ISSN 1997-4485.
Synthesis of the archival history of Bolivia, which begins at the time of the Inca Empire and crosses the colony (16th - 18th centuries), the War of Independence (1809-1825) and the Republican age. For a better understanding of this process, includes a study of State administrative laws and its effect on the development of Public Archives and services (19th, 20th, and 21st centuries); vocational education on archival at the University of San Andrés; the actions of archivists, translated in the sectoral debate on foundations of the policy of public archives for medium technical meetings at the national level and several attempts to trade union organization since 1976. Closes this synthesis, an approximation to the precursors and promoters of the Bolivian archival since the 19th century to the present.
