Relationship of the origins of space I. Simon Patiño (ESIP), the activities developed in the cultural, artistic and educational with a significant presence in the city of La Paz, which projects through the various areas of work of the institution, as the Documentation Center of Arts and Latin American literatures (CEDOAL), which has a large collection of literary production in its various genres (poetry, short stories, novels, essays, drama) of Bolivian and Latin American writers, and an important archive phono national and Latin American music in its various formats and media (disks slate and vinyl, tapes, CDs, cassettes, videos, sheet music, magazines and papers) as well as hemerographic File, which includes important collections of literary and cultural supplements of major newspapers, the Centre for Educational Action (CAP) as a unit of communication between organizations and individuals dedicated to the education, promotion of reading, children's literature, training and other activities that contribute to the development of education in Bolivia, with a job training through workshops and seminars aimed at strengthening the work of classroom teachers in general, whose work also extends to children in public schools in La Paz and El Alto, the Center for Comic Strip Art (C + C, Space) which has a large collection of comics and animated films of the most important masters of the genre nationally and internationally.
