This paper proposes a participative archivistic technology in the taking decisions about access level to the documents with secret Afro-Cuban knowledge and analyses the professional current archivistic practice about it in Cuba. The author is carried out an analyze from the point of view of Social Studies of Science and Technology, touching at the social actor's net around this knowledge at the documental management as a possible social construction susceptible of adopting a look in favour of the democratization of taking decisions.
