Sketch of the library of the National Congress (current library and historical archive of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly), which was created in 1911 by Senator Moises Ascarruz Peláez, a formidable collection of modern works in his time, representative of the prevailing liberalism worldwide. The scope and development of their most important collections, as well as the social service provided with what is called the author "social memory" which conforms to the bibliographical works and archive documents set out in its development. These sources are of value and importance for all sectors that facilitates your information: the administration of the State, civil society and researchers.
