The study of the intercultural communication can be analyzed from its basic dimensions: verbal and not verbal. The study of the verbal communication evidence the importance of the cultural differences reflected in the relationship between the language and the power, in the intercultural relationships. The asymmetric relationships that can suppose the use of a language or other, it is revealed like one of the challenges in plurilingual societies as the Bolivian. Nevertheless, the use of different languages is not the only challenge outlined from a basically verbal perspective, but rather the ethnolinguistics variations in oneself language, they can suppose important differences to consider to guarantee the success in the intercultural communication.
