Study that establishes the traffic and practical use of the scientific national and international periodical bulletins and magazines updated in the areas of Social Sciences and Humanities in the bolivian universities and institutions of investigation with the objective to contribute to the design of policies to obtain the democratization of the information and its access to all the citizenship.
