This article selectively reviews topics related to the Law of Agricultural Community Productive Revolution, it analyzes aspects relative to the objectives, subjects and policies the law proposes to achieve a national productive and agricultural productive development and concludes that it is not directed at solving the central problem of increasing national agricultural output and improve the conditions of food supply to the population, but rather supports a productive model in favor of native indigenous farming sectors, with emphasis on the traditional agricultural model
