The document analyzes the possible impact that the promulgation of Law of Agricultural Community Productive Revolution could mean for the indigenous farming population. Starting from the institutional experience of CIPCA, studies and conceptual approximation on the indigenous farming economy, it identifies some advantages of the law as well as its emptiness and ambiguities. Considerations are formulated on the food sovereignty as the final purpose, strengthening of the productive base, territorial management, protection of national genetic patrimony and the universal agricultural security, on this basis some proposals are created to advance and guarantee the fulfillment of the law objectives
