This article touches on the Law of Agricultural Community Productive Revolution from the aspects related to the agricultural process. With the results achieved in the sanitation and entitlement of lands, the introduction of new legal representatives and the resurgence of new tensions between agricultural actors, including between farmers and indigenous parties, the arguments show that the progress achieved in territorial rights, mainly indigenous, can be broken under a new productive logic that would be behind the new guidelines like the aforementioned law. The article proposes the need to achieve equilibrium: produce more food with improved technologies that decrease the pressure on new deforested land and guarantee the sustainability of productive systems, mainly soil
