Given scientific breakthroughs in nuclear medicine now allow us to introduce accurate methods of cáncer diagnosis, based on the fusión of modern equipment like PET (positrón emission tomography) with CT (computed tomography) and MRI ( magnetic resonance) by intravenous administration of a drug previously synthesized in a laboratory where the system allows us to obtain an anatomical map, using software for image fusión, image fusión showing anatomo-metabolic (on a single computer) and the PET -CT and not only with CT but also MRI, something that will be very important especially for Neuro-imaging.
