The infection for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) it is extended for the whole world, millions of peoples live at present with HIV/AIDS. For this reason a vaccine would be the best way to prevent new cases. In previous years there have been efforts to develop an effective vaccine against HIV, most with disappointing results, in many of these efforts vaccines have been developed using traditional techniques to other known human virus, but HIV presents many obstacles for its great particularity. This has now led to the development of new strategies to develop a vaccine, even one that has been tested has shown some effectiveness in humans and also has discovered several vulnerable targets of the virus. These recent develop-ments indicate that are nearer to the development of an effective vaccine against HIV, which will be the best prevention against HIV
