In any individual, blood pressure is not constant but subject to considerable changes during the day and night. The sharp variations may be the result of various factors such as stress and physical exercise can be said at the service of our physical and mental activity. It can also be seen as the result of various neuroendocrine systems that control and regúlate the cardiovascular system in conjunction with our external activity, levéis of blood pressure with other parameters predict metabolic cardiovascular risk level of the subject. It is therefore of utmost importance for the primary prevention of circulatory disease in general to measure blood pressure properly and reliably.
