Hepatic hemangioma is the most common mesenchymal benign tumor in the liver and should be treated when it presents symptoms or complications such as infection or rupture. This tumor may be an accidental finding on ultrasound, CT sean or Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and are called gíants when they exceed the 5 cm of diameter. Despite being the only injury ¡n general behavior of these lesions is the observation. Next we presented the clinical case of a female patient wtth fever after ultrasound liver mass was found. For greater specificity images of Axial Tomography Computerized and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance were asked for soon arriving finally at the diagnosis of Giant Hepatic Hemangioma.
