The respiratory diseases that appear during the dream can alter the different phases from he himself, to fragment it and as consequence this stops being repairer. The revelancia of the cardiorrespiratorios upheavals during the dream just was recognized during the two last decades, agreeing with the discovery of the syndrome of obstructiva apnea of the dream. The general doctors are the one who take care of the first problems of snore, hypersomnia and therefore the syndrome of obstructiva apnea during the dream common sufferings that they affect the population. This article tries to offer the necessary knowledge for all professional in health, therefore in the types of apnea are described, patogenia of the SAOS, the nocturnal and diurnal symptoms and findings to the physical exploration that allow to make the diagnosis. In addition it contains the bases for the treatment of this syndrome.
