The accidents of I traffic in our means they are very frequent, and its incidence along the years goes increasing, it is for that reason that we find important carrying out this type of Investigation. One carries out a lineal retrospective study revising all the patients' clinical histories registered in Emcrgencies in the Administration 2006 - 2007; I take as universe 3060 clinical histories of Service of Emergency of the Hospital San Juan of God of Oruro. The lesión that tube bigger frequency is the politraumatismos with 34% of all the lesions, followed by the policontusos with 27%, the quantity of patients registered in consultation of Emergencies by accident of I traffic they are 154. The affected sex is the males with 60%. The age but affected it is 30 to 40 years with 27%.
