ABSTRACT The tuberculosis in Bolivia brings many problems especially in the rural area because it is difficult to locate new cases of breathing symptomatic, due to many socioeconomic factors that include the education lack, the bad doctor-patient relationship in the population in general, in consequence it deserves a special study, with emphasis in the programming and reception of patient. We understand for localization of cases to the active detection of new cases of tuberculosis among all the breathing ones symptomatic that go for any cause to the services of health. The programming of breathing symptomatic and of cases of lung tuberculosis BAAR (+) it is in function of the rate of notified incidence, for the service of health during the last year, then we work with the first semester of the administration 2003 and the administration 2004 where they registered 1166 cases and 1109 cases respectively. This in the Huanuni town, mining center of importance and with factors that predispose to this illness.
