Atresia is the cause commonest of congenital intestinal obstruction; its diagnosis is usually made after the birth when presenting/displaying abdominal distension, vomit and absence of evacuations and is corroborated by abdomen x-ray. The case of a neoborn pre-term appears (29 weeks of gestation) in which became the intestinal diagnosis of atresia to the 5 days of been born by means of abdomen x-ray and the findings were: stomach with air and a noticeable expansion of yeyuno, important expansions of intestinal handles by I accumulate gaseous with hidroaéreos levels in its interior, being compatible findings with a complete obstruction of the proximal thin intestine, surely of yeyuno. Once confirmed the diagnosis it was put under surgery of type I anastomosis finish terminal.
