The objective is known the frequency and therapeutic conduct the precancerous injuries of the uterine cervix in the Hospital de la Mujer of January 2005 to April 2007. In the service of Colposcopic; study of descriptive type of cross section, in which I include patients women who were made a colposcopic and/or a biopsy; all the data were gathered of the book of procedures of the unit and were analyzed with the program Epilnfo 2000. Of a total of 459 women the results were with the diagnosis by biopsy and/or colposcopic of precancerous injuries of uterine cervix in the Unit of Colposcopic, diagnosed NIC I (47%) and NIC II (14%). The used therapeutic procedure more was cryotherapia 42 % of the cases, followed of electrocauterization 30 % of the cases and Leep Cone in a 28% of the patients. The age of greater consultation went between 26 to 30 years 23% (106 cases), 21 to 25 years 21 % (95 cases), 31 to 35 years 20% (90 cases) and 36 to 40 years 17 % (78 cases), 51 to 60 years 2% (10 cases) and 61 to 80 years 0,2% (2 cases); only 10% present complications. With the results obtained in the present work concluded that the treatment of the precancerous but suitable injuries is for NIC I criocauterization and NIC II the CONE LEEP whose procedures attend with few complications.
