A retrospective, descriptive study was carried out, trough clinical history revision from Bolivian Japanese Gastroenterolgical Institute of Cochabamba, Bolivia. We found that patients in Child's class A liver cirrhosis have a better response to vitamin K treatment, on the other hand patients in Child's class C liver cirrhosis presented little or no answer to the treatment, with an important number of patients that worsened. Patients with Child's class B had diverse responses to the therapy, there were groups where therapy was useful, but also other groups without any improvement.
