Abstract

The incidence of cervical cancer in our country's is unknown because fault of national or departmental statistics. The objective of the research is to know the incidence in relation whit the age and histology of most frequent presentation in the diagnosis moment and do an evaluation of the treatment about the state, response and recidivate. Is a retrospective research, in which we've found the mayor incidence in the group of 51-61 years; the epidermoid carcinoma it's the major presentation. The most of cases its diagnosis in II and III Stage 38 and 26%; and 12% in I stage. The response to the treatment it was: I stage based in cirugy whit 100% complete response, 0% recidivate; II stage the best response whit radiotherapy and chemotherapy whit 50% of complete remission whit out recidivate, maybe whit a mayor followings its observe mayor percentage of recidivate. The non-staged surgeries had only 20% of complete response and recidivate in the same proportion, that's would get inadequate treat in the start of its disease. The patients treated whit radiotherapy that has complete response have hemoglobin mayor than 11 mg.
